Tamil is blossoming everywhere around the world. Since the inception of the college the Tamil department has also blossomed to improve Tamil Language. There is no doubt that our department has created a number of qualified Teachers. We are not only meant for teaching. We have been teaching Creative Skills and Communication Education. In order to know the Worlds Justice Ethics, Value Education is taught. Teachers are trained in practical and training is imported on how to implement teaching through our endangered Tamil Arts. The student-Teachers are trained for several competitive exams like Teachers Eligibility Test to excel in their life. On behalf of the department various literary competitions are conducted and prizes have been awarded. Various Seminars, workshops, skill development classes have been arranged to showcase the talents and to improve their skills.
It is no exaggeration to say that the Tamil department enriches our lives with rich Tamil while it creates and boasts of various talented Teachers with a lot of efforts.
